The training I on the weekend was a bit hard due to the weather that was very hot and players couldn’t train properly
The first session I observed and help coach Tiger on his session before starting mine in the second session
The second session started with the warm up where the plan were getting familiar with the ball and then started to the training
Where they had to dribble in a distance of 5m between 2 cons where they had to use the outer, inner foot of both left and right leg.
Then we increased then we increased the distance where the players had to dribble to 10m then introduced a technique that help eliminate a player. With the help of coach they were leaning properly.
After we did a shooting session where they had to pass through cons then eliminate a player and shoot it was very good but still there is a perfection that we need to work on
After we played a game of 4vs4 with a condition of scoring after the team made at least 2 passes the goals reduced but passing increased.
Then we finished with a small talk about what we learned and stretching session as one time .
