每日一听:你该认清你的恐惧而不是目标

I think everyone has a goal, maybe about your life or maybe about your career.

I have many goals, too. Once I set a goal, I will spare no efforts to achieve it. However, generally speaking, I will fail at the first attempt.Then I maybe try again or give up.

It's just like a spell I can't overcome, which discourages me a lot. Next time, When I begin a task, I tend to imagine It maybe a failure at length, which makes me fear to begin even proceed.

In a general term, We suffer more often in imagination than in reality. More often than not, We are defeated by the difficulties We imagine, which maybe not exist or weaker. Consequently, We fear to begin, to go forward, whereas, these What We most fear doing ,asking,  saying are very exactly What We need to do and the biggest challenges and problems We face will never be solved by comfortbale conversations.

easy choices, hard life. Hard choices, easy life. the truth It conveys is in common with the less difficulties You suffered in your youth time, the more difficult your life is in the future.

In today's TED talk, the speaker provide us a table list that lists the goals You want to achieve , the fears and your solutions. This is visualizing your worst-case scenerios, in detail, that You fear preventing You taking actions So that You can take actions to overcome that paralysis.

It is wise to give It a try. No Matter What happens, just go ahead.
