我有个朋友也算学生，但是学了很多不同的心理学、教练和戏剧类别，他在群里有说到做一个小丑的时候那个内心的释放，敢于做真实的自己不害怕失败。我也讲讲脱口秀与小丑剧甚至独角戏有什么不一样，我前几年也会觉得脱口秀像一个人的演讲一样，但是如果一个演讲做得好它会带来自己模仿不同的角色，那你会跳进跳出演绎不同的人，其实它更像一个独角戏。
独角戏的核心角色你可以演绎一个不同的、跟自己差异非常大的一个遥远的角色，而脱口秀最核心那个角色还是你自己，当然你可以给自己一个人设，当然你把脱口秀看成一种独角戏是一种特别聪明的做法，中间你在扮演自己同时在跳出、扮演不同的人进入他们的状态，进入的状态越深跳出的越快给人的感觉魅力越大。
最近我才了解小丑剧这样的一个剧目，他的感觉是一个人能够进入自己的潜意识，戴着小丑面具之后再也不用去管外在的去感受自己内在的跟这个世界的连接，然后演绎出来一种潜意识里面人性的某一面甚至人性负面的，通过一些戏剧化的张力给它表现出来，我们人很多时候都不敢展现自己内心深的那一面，但戴上小丑的鼻子化上妆之后好像我们就可以进入那个空间，它是一个非常好的能够让我们有一种安全感释放自己的一种方式，所以我会认为鼻子化的妆其实都是小丑能够敞开自己的内在世界的一个阶梯。
因为很多人让他就这样站在这里说自己现在内心的世界他是很恐惧的，面对观众他就更恐惧因为他代表着他自己，但一旦是小丑这就好很多了，从这个角度上来说我会觉得脱口秀它还是一个更难的艺术，当然你可以讲一些假的内容不过我会认为这只是你脱口秀生涯最开始那个状态，你越到后面你越表达自己真实的内心世界，你可以面对观众也能够把自己的潜意识给挖掘出来还没有任何面具的时候真的很难但是又真的很有魅力。
在那个时候似乎你已经无所畏惧，所有在你面前的那堵墙你无所畏惧所有的面子你无所畏惧自己的成功与失败，你才可能站在这个台上讲出自己内心真实的那个感受，我以前认为那个东西很简单，但其实现在想一想居然很多教学都用很多方式来保护我们的脸面保护我们的身份，脱口秀却要直接把它撕开站到台上接受下面观众的审判真不容易。

Recently, I learned about a play called Clown Drama; it feels like one can enter his subconscious; after wearing a clown mask, no longer care about the outside world, and feel the connection between the inner self and the world, and then perform a certain aspect of human nature or even the negative aspects of human nature, and express it through some dramatic tension; many times, we humans dare not show our inner side, but when we wear a clown nose and put on makeup, we can enter that space; it is a very good way that can give us a sense of security and release ourselves; so I think the makeup on the nose, are actually clowns, can open up their inner world.
Because many people let him stand here like this and say their inner world, he is very scared, and even more scared in front of the audience because he represents himself, but once he is a clown, it’s much better; from this perspective, I think talk show, it is still a more difficult art; of course, you can tell some fake content, but I think it’s just the beginning of your talk show career; the later you go, the more you express your true inner world; you can face the audience and also dig out your subconscious; when there are no masks, it’s really hard, but it’s really charming.
At that time, you seemed to have no fear; all the walls in front of you, you are not afraid of all face, you are not afraid of your success or failure; only then can you stand on this stage and express your true feelings; I used to think that thing was very simple, but now that I think about it, many teachers use many ways to protect our face and protect our identity; but talk shows have to tear it apart directly, standing on the stage to accept the judgment of the audience; it’s not easy.
