我是黑苹果，之前连续JBL音响与airpods一直没有问题。
在更新12.3.1后出现的。试了网上的各种办法：
比如：
1:在声音管理中，把输入变为内置，不要设置为airpods，这样是指不要把蓝牙带宽分给麦克风（没用）
2:用命令：sudo defaults write bluetoothaudiod "Enable AAC codec" -bool true （没用）
3:用命令：defaults write com.apple.BluetoothAudioAgent "Apple Bitpool Min (editable)" 35
defaults write com.apple.BluetoothAudioAgent "Apple Initial Bitpool Min (editable)" 53
defaults write com.apple.BluetoothAudioAgent "Apple Initial Bitpool (editable)" 35
上面的35和53，改为80也试过 （统统没用！）
4:重置连接，再连，大概试了5次吧。（没用）
当然有的朋友是有用的。

我最后在V站看到一朋友的说法：“你是不是连的WIFI2.4G，换5G试下”
我试了一下，完全OK
现在想来，我之前都是连wifi 5G的，但重装系统后没注意，自动连上了2.4G。
我折腾了4个小时。
