我的系统是ubuntu 14.04 LTS，这个转载的办法需要gcc的编译介入，虽然麻烦却也一次搞定了这个麻烦。
0.安装 fcitx
sudo apt-get install fcitx-table-wbpy
安装gtk开发环境(当然必须有gcc了)：
sudo apt-get install libgtk2.0-dev
sudo apt-get install pkg-config保存代码到文件sublime_imfix.c

编译共享库
gcc -shared -o libsublime-imfix.so sublime_imfix.cpkg-config --libs --cflags gtk+-2.0-fPIC拷贝 libsublime-imfix.so 文件到 sublime Text的软件目录下面
sudo cp libsublime-imfix.so /opt/sublime_text_2建立启动文件 sublime_text.sh, 内容如下：

sh -c "LD_PRELOAD=$LD_LIB $SUBLIME_HOME/sublime_text $@"
修改权限
$ sudo chmod 755 sublime_text.sh
做成系统命令
sudo ln -s /opt/sublime_text_2/sublime_text.sh /usr/bin/sublime
或者改动启动器，把原来的命令改成 /opt/sublime_text_2/sublime_text.sh重新启动系统
