To the tune of QingChunShi: The Harm of Smoke to Reflect on the Past

The cloud-like smoke was a mirage of castles in the air,

People walk closer, yet they couldn't see any bridges ne’er.

At night, light up rhino horns, souls were destructed n’ bones eroded,

And talked about the Opium burning at Humen with so much flare.

The country was as shattered as a golden jar in waste,

The land shaped like a begonia leaf became a dragon’s waist.

Who let the smoke continue to infect plum and willow,

Drifting in the wind, ensuring this dreamlike smoke is chased.
