When we were young, people adored individualistic heroism. The Super Man is a good example, he could save the world on his own. Nowadays people find a good team or a group can be much stronger than a hero. After all, two heads are better than one.
A good team needs good team members. Then what is an important quality for a valuable member of a team? I think it's the sense of respect.
Everybody is unique. But as a team to work on the same projects, team members must work together all the time. If the team work is effective, they would tend to be successful. Is it easy to make it? Not really.
Each member in the team must be responsible, diligent, helpful and cooperative. But a good team still needs a key quality. Or whether a good team can be available is yet a problem. I think everyone should respect each other. When they respect each other's thoughs, they would gain many splendid ideas. If they respect each other's characters, most members would keep themselves creative. If they respect each other's work, members would be more responsible, cooperative and diligent. They would like to realize their value in such a good team.
Good team members make the team a powerful army, it can sweep away all the obstacles. A good team would also make people grow much better and faster. Because all members can learn from each other. The hard work , the same goals and the same ethics would make members become friends, become family members and become comrade-in-arms. The team can push them forward.
The world needs great teams. Great teams need great members. Each of us can become great members.
