如何委派工作
不少心上人的经理很难做到把自己干起来得心应手的工作分派给别人。但是,把自己不擅长的事情移交给他人来干,这是成功管理的关键。
根据个人的特长分配工作。这是有挑战性的工作。让他们发挥特长-你所不具备的特长。
移交整体项目。对被委派工作的任来说,这比移交支离破碎的工作更令人高兴。如果他们感到自己拥有整个可以负责的项目,通常会勇敢面对挑战。
给予鼓励。开始时不要说,‘’我知道你真的很忙,没时间做这个,不过......‘’.解释该工作的重要性以及你选择他们的原因。还要说明报酬,无论是经济上的或是精神上的报酬。
明确期望和目标。详细说明需要的结果,工作的期限,以及员工每隔多长时间向你汇报最新进展。
避免误解。你把要求说明完之后,请他们重复自己要做什么给你听,以确保指令明确无误。
放手放权。不要成为他们工作的障碍。当他们需要你解答问题时再提供帮助,留给他们自己工作的空间。
态度积极。不吝夸奖。多提有益的反馈意见和建设性意见,这有助于树立信心,并节省下次花费的时间。

Tailor work to individual. It should be challenging and make use of their specific skills - skills that you may not have.

Give incentives.Don't start by saying"I know you're really busy and don't have time for this,but... Explain why the job is important and thy you have chosen them.Also explain what the rewards are - possibly financial or psychological.
Define the expectations and objectives.Specify what results are needed,the deadline,and how often the employee should update you.
Avoid misunderstanding.After you have briefed the person,ask them to explain back to you what they're going to do to ensure the instructions are clear.
Let go.Don;t check up on them.Make yourself available to answer questions but allow them to work on their own.
Be positive.Give lots of praise,helpful feedback and constructive criticism.It boosts confidence and saves time next time.
