Academy Awards, as known as Oscar, is an award which annually apprise achievement in movie industry. In China and Amerca, there are crediable movie ranking website: Douban in China and IMDB in Ameica. The ranking score on these two website can roughly show the preference of audience in the two massive market.
So how does the audience in China and America view the Oscar Best Movie in the last 88 years?
It's clear that Chinese audience gave higher grade to Oscar Best Movie than American did. They are kind and generous to give high score.
And as time passed, audience are willing to give higher marks.
