注意:iOS13已经将NSBluetoothPeripheralUsageDescription废弃，所以在plist文件中应该加入NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription，但你的app仍要支持iOS13之前的版本需要保留NSBluetoothPeripheralUsageDescription
