• 1 To Widen a column ,place your cursor to the far right of that column until the arrow becomes a cross,then click the mouse and move the column to the desired width

• 2 To select the order of your columns,you can do one of the following actions:
  Select the arrow to the right of the column title.A drop-down list of all the available columns in that spreadsheet appears.Choose the column that you want in that particular position.
  Drag and drop a column to the right or left and place it in the desired position.
  Right-click and choose Layout>Column Selector. The Setup Visible Column Fields window opens.Select a column from the Available fields pane and click Add.It appears in the Show these fields in this order pane(the higher the field appears,its position in the spreadsheet move closer to the left). To change the column order,select a column and use the Move Up and move Down buttons.

选择列的顺序，有以下两种操作：
把光标放在列名的右侧，点击下拉列表会出现电子表格中所有的列名，选择你要在这列出现的列名即可
拖拽一列往左或往右到你想要的位置也可以。
点击鼠标右键，选择Layout>Column Selector 弹出 Setup Visible Column Fields 窗口。在Available fields窗格中选择一列，点击Add按钮，它就出现在Show these fields in this order 窗口。（字段位置越高，则越靠近电子表格左侧）选中一列点击Move Up 和 move Down 按钮来更改列的顺序。

• 3 You can also access the Colunn Selecttor via the icon in the upper left side of the spreadsheet. 你可以点击电子表格左上角的按钮来访问列选择器。
  You can also drag column headers outside of the spreadsheet area to remove them from display.This feature is avilable on the spreadsheets that support the Group By and the column header drag-and-drop features. 你也可以拖拽列名到电子表格外侧以便不展示这些列。在支持Group By和列标题拖放功能的电子表格上可以使用此功能。
• 4 To configure the columns,right-click and select Format>Column Properties.The Column Definitions window opens,You can order the columns by using the Up and Down arrows.Select a column in the left pane,and its details appear in the right pane where you can choose formating options(e.g.,enter an alternate label,determine its width in pixels and choose its alignment).Click Ok to save these changes.

你可以鼠标右键选择Format>Column Properties 来配置列属性。打开Column Definitions窗口，你可以点击 Up and Down 按钮来调整列的顺序。在左侧窗格选择一列，它的属性展示在右侧窗格，你可以选择列的属性（例如输入替代标签，确定其宽度(以像素为单位)并选择其对齐方式）。点击ok保存更改。
