- 华为公司的文化是分钱文化。
- 华为公司的法则是丛林法则。
Recently, I read a book How to manage a company, activate staff - an example of HuaWei .
There are several rules to sum up the company.
- Its target is to satisfy your customers and make profits.
- Its culture is to make money together and share it together.
- Its manage rule is to make weakers out.
