There are lots of discussions about children education. As for what should children learn more, ideas vary. Some think that children should spend time on entertainment and academic, while others hold that children should learn some household chores. which opinion is more reasonable, however, can be subjective and relative. From my perspect, it's better to play and study.

Study and play make children intellegent. People have long believed that play will just relax their mind but exercise it, because it seems like some meaningless acts. However, many now realized that this opinion is incorrect. When children play, their brains will give orders to next act, so actually, the brains are deal with a lot information and run quickly. And these brain exercise will obviously do a pretty effect on children's intelligence.

Household chores can be boring for children. Many household chores are the old same stuff and too heavily for children to do. For example, clean the house everyday, wash clothes and dishes or check the equipments. If children have to do these things over and over again, it can dismay them. They will even become dull because their brain have nothing new to excite.

Admittedly, household chores is also important to children when they grow up. However, it will never be late to take a course in household in their future, and they might learn household chores unconsciously as well. Clearly, it's better to explore the world as they are children.

To sum up, it is because it can make children clever and it also make children happy that play and study is the better choice. Clearly, we cannot emphasize the importance of children's play and study more.
