题目：One way to solve the problem of parking in inner city areas is to have large car parks around the city centre and a public transport network to take people around the inner city. Inner city parking would then be limited and very expensive. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this approach to urban planning?

In modern society, with the rapid development of economy and science and technology, more and more people have their own private cars, which leads to serious traffic jams. In response to this situation, some local governments have proposed the idea of building large parking lots near the city center to solve the traffic congestion. From my view, this idea has both advantages and disadvantages.

I think the advantage of this idea is that through the establishment of public transport network, people can be encouraged to use more vehicles to travel, which means that people will use private cars to travel less, reducing the traffic pressure and environmental pollution. This is a good way to improve the impact of traffic problems.

At the same time, the idea has many drawbacks. As you can imagine, land in the city center is very valuable. If the parking lot is to be built next to the city center, it means that the parking lot will be very expensive. People also pay a lot for parking in parking lots. This puts extra spending pressure on some people who work or live around the city centre. I think that's very bad.（195 words）
