  I have been  thinking about how to improve my efficiency for almost 3 month.  I think the valins of poor effiency are I konw little about ways to improve and poor  implementation capacity. So all I need to do is try to improve those two things. Maybe It will take me a long time to improve them, like walking from China to Austria. I think I still need to do that.  And the summation is I need to improve myself a lot in the future, and I shouldn't afriad of the troubles that I will meet in the future.
