2025-10-18爱上厨房-厨房是个极具创新的地方

我爱厨房。是因为这里充满着爱。我给家人做饭,是释放我的爱意的一种方式。我为此感到自豪。
做同一款菜,很难做成完全一样。心境的不同、时间紧慢的不同、调料的多少都有影响。
有一点是一定的:当报着应付的心情做饭时,一定在平均水平之下!大概这种结果也是对应付心态的一种报应。
当你感到做饭的倦怠,想到家中的多少隐性家务都已经被别人完成,这种倦怠因愧疚就消失到天外。
如果想要创新,每一道菜都有无穷的创新手段。这也是我最享受厨房的原因。每当此时,我甚至不再去看那些诱人的短视频,甚至也不去看那些宏大意义的电视节目,我需要的只是平静。原料切成块还是片,亦或者是丝,各种调料是什么比例、火候的掌控都会影响菜的受欢迎程度。如果一道菜被竖拇指点赞,并被增加到家庭菜谱中,那将是对我的极大奖赏!


I love the kitchen, and it’s because this space is filled with love. Cooking for my family is a way to express my affection, and I take pride in doing so.

It’s nearly impossible to make the exact same version of a dish twice. Factors like your state of mind, how rushed or relaxed you are, and the quantity of seasonings used all make a difference.

One thing is certain: if you cook with a perfunctory attitude, the result will definitely be below average! This outcome is probably a kind of "retribution" for that half-hearted mindset.

When you feel tired of cooking, just think about how many invisible household chores at home have already been taken care of by others. That weariness will vanish in an instant, replaced by a sense of guilt.

If you want to be creative, there are endless ways to innovate with every dish—and this is why I enjoy being in the kitchen the most. In those moments, I even stop watching those tempting short videos or those TV shows with grand themes; all I need is peace and calm. Whether you chop the ingredients into chunks, slices, or shreds, the ratio of different seasonings, and the control of heat—all these elements affect how well the dish is received. If a dish gets a thumbs-up and is added to the family recipe list, that becomes the greatest reward for me!
