I haven’t read that book before, I  heard a lot of it and interesting. When I read the part1 that I knew what it was talking about. What is cheese? Cheese being a metaphor for what we want to have in life, whether it is a job, a relationship, money, a big house, freedom, health, recognition, spiritual peace, or even an activity like jogging or golf.

For me, Family, health and self-worth are my cheese. I spend time on it, learning all the time. I have a happy family, healthy life and keep improving myself. Deal with change and keep learning.I can get what I want, my life will be better and better.
