重音基本原则：
1. 根据意群，选择重读弱读一些音；
2. 每个意群中有很多重音，但只有一个重音，叫做“调核”，一般是放在意群中最核心有意义的词上；如果听不出来，去模仿就是了。还是要相信自己的耳朵，所谓理论只是帮助我们去理解，而不是让我们掉进理论的陷阱里。在练习说的同时，一定要花更多的时间练习听。
3. 重音并非念得声音大；
5. 理论是帮助我们来理解的。多听，语调有问题，原因是听得太少。脑子中没有正确的语调，便无法说出自然地道的发音，与写作一样，脑子里没有正确的句子，又如何写出正确的句子呢。
6. 语调，就是模仿来的。所以一定要多听，多模仿，一遍不行，哪怕100遍都是正常的练习。
8. 学东西要动脑袋，动嘴，一遍遍模仿，不然学不好。Don’t ask why, just do it.
连读：(有意识地去练习，把可以连读的音合在一起，当成一个词来感觉）

对话：
1. keep 发音 /kip/ 不是/keip/，我曾经读错这个音好久，才意识到自己发错了。注意另一个音：cookie /'kʊki/ 而不是/kukei/
2. why are you so annoyed? 这里why are you 不要重读，同how are you?
3. just t很轻，放轻松读
4. 连读：just enjoying ; destroy all the toys 加 /j/
5. 口语表达：小点声，别制造噪音了

如何处理这只老鼠：
Move the couch around. Turn it upside down. We have to get it out somehow. We can't have a mouse in the house. We have company coming from out of town.
语音点：
1. mouse /maʊs/ 注意发音时，由a滑到w
2. have to, of course 发音：
have 末尾是/v/的音，但是在这里受到后面/t/的影响，发音其实是haf to;
of 是唯一一个f字母要读成/v/的，平常介词的读音都是ov，在这里受到后面k的影响，发音是/of/
3. somehow 发中文的三声
口语表达:
inside out 彻底的，里面翻到外面；衣服穿反了可以说：Your shirt is inside out.
upside down 颠倒的 （upend)
turn sth upside down/inside out 可以表示造成巨大变化/混乱 (参考肉丸子笔记）
e.g. Her leaving turned his world upside down.
e.g. The new manager turned the old system inside out.

e.g.This is where I grew up. I know this area inside out.
