Protecting the environment is closely linked to not only the economic development but also the public health,which should be the rule of thumb for governmental consideration.For instance,government should encourage citizens to turn to environmental friendly mode of transportation,such as subway,bus and shared bikes,which will reduce pollution and relieve traffic jams.
