I am not so determined as some people. Faced with difficulties and obstacles, I can encourage myself to overcome it once and twice. But for the third time, I may give up out of the disappointed. However, I will insist on doing it the third time and the fourth time. When I am depressed, I will get courage from other members direct or indirect. At times if possible, I will pass on the strength to others. Therefore we get better and better in progress. To give and to receive should be balanced for a more healthy organization.
