题目：Some people believe that there are many dangers associated with teenage use of cell phones because of the potential for bullying or abuse. Others say that cell phones have greatly improved teenagers’ s lives. Evaluate these two viewpoints and give your opinion.
Nowadays, cell phones are becoming more and more popular, and the number of people using them increasingly, especially teenagers. Some people consider that cell phones has a great number of risks with teenage use and lead to bullying or abuse. But other people argue that teenagers can benefit from mobile phones in their daily lives. In my opinion, cell phones has greater impact on teenagers’ live.
There are a series of issue may cause while teenagers using cell phones. First of all, due to the insecurity of the Internet, teenagers are more likely to be attracted to browse the harmful network, which is do harm to their values, and even they will imitate the practices on the Internet. Secondly, the cell phones have a great temptation. For example, it was previous news reported that a young man believed Internet rumors and joined a pyramid scheme, which making his life miserable. It is obvious that the cell phones have a negative impact on teenagers who lack social experience.
On the other hand, cell phones also provide a great help to teenagers’ live. For example, when we miss someone they can help us to communicate conveniently and quickly through the screen just like we are always use them to contact our friends or family. Besides, cell phones have a variety of function, teenagers can find the materials if they have difficulties on their academic. For instance, the college students have to browse the essay network to achieve their final exams. Also, the most significant is that when teenagers are in danger, mobile phones can help them call for help in the first place.
In a word, although some people are worried about the risks of cell phones, cell phones are of great use according to our actual life. Thus teenagers should have a right guidance to use cell phones, so that they could not lose themselves in mobile phones.（319words）
