要想高效快速的学习英语，心理素质是最重要的。目前现在许多人面临的状态是恐惧和焦虑。因为开口不知道怎么说而焦虑，因为听不懂对方说的而焦虑。于是越紧张越焦虑，越不知道怎么说也听不懂，陷入了一个恶性循环。要想英语有所提升，最重要的就是走出这个恶性循环，调整自己的心理状态。接纳自己目前英语学习中的所有问题和目前的英语水平，以积极乐观的心态，轻松的去学习英语。因为只有对英语感觉好了，爱上英语加上合理的计划才是最有效的学习方法。对于如何高效学习英语，有以下几点建议。
第一，轻松快乐的学英语。让大脑处于轻松愉快的状态，这时大脑分泌的多巴胺更多，所以吸收新信息的能力也会得到提高。可以多听音乐来让自己放松，处于一种愉快的学习状态中，听英文歌曲也是一个很好的选择，不仅能让大脑放轻松，而且还不断的让脑子接受英语的冲击。切记只有感觉好了，大脑才会吸收到你所学的英文。
