前天完成了晨读复盘，下午把工作总结做了，今晚再搞定行动复盘，突然很享受这个过程，觉得最近过的好充实，每天都能学到很多，以前很少写文章，从小语文就不好，所以对写作一直就很反感，但这个月底正好赶上学习总结，又工作总结，中文和英文都走了一遍，感觉自己脑子好像灵活了，反应也快了，真的非常感谢Eric的引导，让我对学习又重新有了活力。
这个月跟着每日一词一天也没有落下，总共10个词，借此机会重新复习一下。
1. cripple: to cause great damage to something.

这句话用在我这周的debate真的是再合适不过，刚上去的时候吓得脑子一片空白，大概停顿了半分钟脑子才反应过来，不过第二次上去讲就好多了，确实还是要多练。

7. suffice: to be enough, 是sufficient(足够的）的动词形式
For advanced English learners, a word per day does not suffice.
8. help: to make a situation better, easier, or less painful
If you want to improve you english, more reading and writing can help.
9. upend: to turn something upside down
The internet has upended industries, from entertainment to retailing.
10. trouble: to cause inconvenience or discomfort to
What troubles parents the most is children's everyday homework.
