题目：Some people believe that there are many dangers associated with teenage use of cell phones because of the potential for bullying or abuse. Others say that cell phones have greatly improved teenagers’ lives. Evaluate these two viewpoints and give your opinion. 

Nowadays , a lot of teenagers use mobile phone whenever . To this point , everyone has their own opinion . Some people think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. But other people think the opposite.My view is that there are both positive and negative effects . 

    On the one hand , In today's modern society , mobile phone could let us easy to take with our friends and family . It not only could make phone calls, but also could send text messages, photos and even video calls. What’s more , if we get lose when we are driving car , we could use the mobile phone to research the way to our destination. As we all know , we couldn't go to school this year because of the epidemic . So we can only use mobile phones for online classes . In this way we can enjoy the same treatment as school or even better.

   On the other hand , for some people who don't have good control , use mobile phone has many negative effects . For example ,some teenagers have a long vacation this year ,they seem like studying very late , but in fact ,they are playing mobile phone . It is irresponsible for their own health . At the same time ,they are sorry for their parents' hard work. Moreover , some irresponsible drivers often use mobile phone to watching movies , chat with friends and so on when they are driving . It is so dangerous for them and other drivers . How many families will be hurt if it have a traffic accident .

   In conclusion , for the health of ourselves and other people , we must use mobile phones rationally . And that is why I said both positive and negative effects about this view .
