In this story, Daniel wants to tell mom how much he loves her. He behaved very good, and he has done many things for mom to show mom how much he loves her. I was holding my son when we were reading together. I kissed him when I read the “I love you .” He was so happy. Reading together always makes us happy and close. Actually, I have read this book to him for several times, he said I love you to me occasionally, especially when I was laying on the sofa, he was lying on my stomach and he said “ I love you, mummy.” How sweet he was!
There are many ways to say I love you. On this page, Daniel made a necklace for his mother. There is a red heart on the necklace. I think the red heart means :I love you, mom.
