下周开始要上课了，想再次思考一下和学生的关系，给自己的教学一个定位，助力接下来的一个学期的教学航程。

我希望学生和我是学习路上的伙伴，一起经历学习的起起伏伏，时而因获新知而振奋鼓舞，为获得一个新技能反复练习，一点一点调整达到熟练，在遇到瓶颈时，想放弃时，互相鼓励坚持。同时利用课堂作为一面镜子，彼此照亮，相互镜映，发现和提升自我，我支持学生学习专业知识技能，分享我个人的学习方法和人生感悟，学生传递给我当下年轻人的思想、情感和趣味，让我跟上时代。我只想做学生学习的引导者、助力者，不希望他们把我看成是一个全能的老师，被理想化。我希望他们把我做为一个普通人来看待，彼此真诚对待，看到我们彼此都有会犯错，会有弱点，看到自己的错误和弱点，接纳它们，转化它们，这也是学习成长。所以我说我希望我们是伙伴。

I don’t like to follow the so called “ teacher-student relationship”tradition. Instead, I’d like to be your companion on the road of learning. I hope that we can share the ups and downs of learning and growing, and support each other during the processes. I can help you to master the professional knowledge and horn your professional skills . At the same time, you can keep me updated to the thoughts and trends of your generation.  I don’t want to be idealized. I ‘d like to be treated as an average person. As a human being, we all make mistakes and have weaknesses. Acknowledging our errors and mistakes as well as turning them into resources, is the kind of learning and growth that I am looking for. So let’s know about ourself and grow through mirroring each other and mutual understanding.
