Those dwellers lacking the occupancy permit have decided to sue the villager’s owner blaming him for renting the not-up-to-code house to them. While it’s particularly embarrassing about failing to break the cycle of getting occupancy permit, the government still didn’t allow to pass the bill which introduced by lawmakers.
