修改pom文件，将打包参数由jar改成war
修改打包参数.png - 去除Spring Boot的web-starter自带的tomcat

- 执行命令mvn clean install进行maven打包
- 将war包复制到Tomcat的webapps下，重命名为ROOT.war
- 重启Tomcat。先停止Tomcat：
./shutdown.sh，再启动Tomcat：./startup.sh - 服务测试：如果是本地，可以
http://localhost:8080/talk/index进行访问，如果没有进行第5步的操作，那么访问的链接为http://localhost:8080/打包的名称/talk/index;打包名称默认是pom文件的artifactId-version(我这里是talk-0.0.2-SNAPSHOT)
打包配置.png - 如果需要修改端口，只需要修改Tomcat下的conf目录下的server.xml中的端口即可

可以将80统一改成90或者其它的(8005改成9005、8080改成9090、8009改成9009)
