windows下react Native 执行 react-native run-android报错！！！

A problem occurred configuring project':app'.> failedtofind targetwithhashstring'android-23' in: D:\Program Files\Android SDK Tools

*Try:

Runwith--stacktraceoptiontogetthe stack trace. Runwith--infoor--debugoptiontogetmore log output.

BUILD FAILED


就没有一个人能解决下这个问题吗？
