Im not happy

Im not happy it doesnt mean I am angry or sad，it just means I am not happy.Ihave heard that you may feel disappointed when you are hungry.And today I think I proved it.

But I really konw happiness is not the essence of life，on the contrary eluding harms is.

So I am getting used to not sad rather than happy，not hungry rather than full，not needy rather than rich.It is life，it is just ordinary.
