伦巴
1.8字跨复习
左盆骨左前，左，后；右盆骨右前，右，后。
定肩膀不要动，臀部画八字；左臀出去的时候右脚踝有拉力，反向亦反。
不要弯膝盖。
2.原地换重心预习
像拧毛巾一样，上身和盆骨做对抗：，重心在左右腿放松，膝盖向前的时候，盆骨斜前右，隔膜以上斜前左；重心在中间，两腿伸直，身体（毛巾）拉直，方向来一遍。
牛仔
1 原地踩踏，左右步复习。
脚踝力量不足：站立的时候提脚跟。
小八字。
2 左右并步，预习
左出点，身提并脚，左出踏地；右出点，提起身体并脚，右出踏地。
很难，下节课练习。
感受
练伦巴的时候都不出汗，牛仔就很累。节奏原因还是发力不足？

今天早起，考cet6（还考真的是low啊）口语，挺流畅，没有卡壳。but the selfintrouction could do better if I have knew how to express that I am in the master degrees 1 .
Take better care of the aging people. I just talked about our own parents and give the opinion of spending more time with them. How about our grandpa or grandmother?
Having the family trip together, teaching them how to use the smartphone, asking them the advises of some troubles we are having, all of this are the exactly way to spend more time with them. I should give expamples instead of repeating my opinion.
Why we should respect the elder?
Because they got more experiences than us. They could be the model for us in some case, excepically in thire career.
List the point: 1, they have more experiences; 2, they are old and weaker than us, 3,we also will get old.
