一般在不对eclipse进行相关设置的时候，使用eclipse总是会觉得启动好慢，用起来好卡，其实只要对eclipse的相关参数进行一些配置，就会有很大的改善。
关闭自动更新
Windows → Preferences → Install/Updates → Automatic Updates
取消右侧
'Automatically find new updates and notify me' 前 '√对勾'
取消启动时激活插件
在需要使用插件时在激活也是一样的。

Windows → Preferences → General → Startup and Shutdown
右侧框内所有选项取消
关闭拼写检查设置

Windows → Preferences → General → Editors → Speling
右侧 'Enable spell checking' 取消 '√对勾'
