重装系统 后 之前能启动的项目 就启动不起来了 很是桑心！！！
试了好几种
1：
<1. 在pom.xml中必须添加依赖
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-web</artifactId>
</dependency>
<2.启动类上必须添加注解@Controller
<3.启动类上必须添加注解@EnableAutoConfiguration 或 @SpringBootApplication
2：
在pom.xml文件里面，引入：
<dependency>
<groupId>javax.annotation</groupId>
<artifactId>javax.annotation-api</artifactId>
<version>1.2</version>
</dependency>
最后细心分析了一下错误：
解决方法： 将现在的jdk版本降级一下 用低版本的试试
我之前用8的271版本的，
换成8的212版本就好了
