Today I want to talk about this topic. For I have a story today. One person I met talked with me about one position.But he said it need high educational background. I said with learning capacity everyone could get it. He argued with me. So I will express my understanding about them.
High educational background just means , first more chances, better platforms, more resources, or ever better family background.It mean higher starting points.However, it don't mean good ending.
Learning capacity means more curiosity about the world. It means lasting learning sth new. It means growth points and potential.Learning capacity is just like turtle who has stronger motive. High educational level is just like rabbit who has more talents. I just take an analogy. It doesn't mean the real.
Resource for me is not just educational level. It mean energy, curiosity, food, water, mentality, storage,knowledge and many things. Just out of the visible limit can find the real wisdom and power. without limits, when resources accumulate enough more, when we find the right shot points , they produce very high potential energy which will set the Thames on fire.
The shot points are exports of our greatest values. They are output, service.And the inner core of values is just to help. That is a meaningful purpose. That is influence, power. What we need is just to find the shot points. I almost find some.
First, it is knowledge. Second, skill. Third, perseverance. Knowledge is just resource.Skill is just a tool that use the resourses well. It is like the relationship between water and bowl. And there is a lot of stories behind it.
