010. 一张白纸,没有负担,好写最新最美的文字,好画最新最美的图画。
Ona blank sheet of paper free from any mark, the freshest and most beautiful characters can be written, the freshest and most beautiful pictures can bepainted.
组织的骨干主体,一定要从组织内部培养,从一张白纸开始逐步培养。如同人体的骨骼和肌肉,移植嫁接,只能是临时的、局部的,躯体的成长必须依靠自己的内生力量。关键要找到具有能写出最美文字,画出最美图画潜能的白纸,品格、可塑性、学习能力,三者缺一不可。
The backbone of the main body of an organization must be cultivated from the inside, out of a blank sheet of paper. Like human bones and muscles, graft can only be temporary and partial. The growth of the body must rely on its own internal strength. The key is to find a paper with the ability to write the most beautiful words and draw the most beautiful picture, which necessitates character, plasticity, and learning ability, all of them are indispensable.
011. 我们的人民政府是真正代表人民利益的政府,是为人民服务的政府,但是它同人民群众之间也有一定的矛盾。人民内部的矛盾,是在人民利益根本一致的基础上的矛盾,是非对抗性的。
Our people’s government is one that genuinely represents the people’s interests, it is a government that serves the people. Nevertheless, there are still certain contradictions between the government and the people. The people’s basic identity and interests underlies the contradictions among the people, and the contradictions are non-antagonistic.
一个有道义的组织,一定是能够代表大多数组织成员利益的组织,最不济也是能够分配给组织成员且与其付出相匹配利益的组织。这样有“代表性”的合法性的组织才可能健康、持续、长久发展。但是万有阴阳,在组织内部,也仍存在团队成员个体或部分成员与整个组织的冲突或对立,但是能够真正代表大多数人利益的组织,在其内部的矛盾冲突就并非是对抗性的、非得你死我活的阴阳对立关系,而是可以调和的,通过寻求组织利益最大化、长期化来化解的。
A righteous organization must be one that can represent the interests of its majority of members. At least, it can dispense well-matched benefits to its members on the basis of their efforts. Only organizations with this kind of "representative" legitimacy can obtain a healthy, sustainable and long-term development. However, yin-yang is universal, there certainly remains conflicts or confrontations between individual or part of the team members and the entire organization. While organizations that can truly represent the interests of the majority are not antagonistic to their internal conflicts, whichis definitely not a relationship of “you die therefore I live”. Conflicts within a united organization can be reconciled and resolved by seeking the maximal and long-term benefits of the organization.
012. 阶级斗争、生产斗争和科学实验,是建设社会主义强大国家的三项伟大革命运动,是使共产党人免除官僚主义,避免修正主义和教条主义,永远立于不败之地的确实保证,是使无产阶级能够和广大劳动群众联合起来,实行民主专政的可靠保证。不然的话,让地、富、反、坏、牛鬼蛇神一齐跑了出来,而我们的干部则不闻不问,有许多人甚至敌我不分,互相勾结,被敌人腐蚀侵袭,分化瓦解,拉出去,打进来,许多工人、农民和知识分子也被敌人软硬兼施,照此办理,那就不要很多时间,少则几年、十几年,多则几十年,就不可避免地要出现全国性的反革命复辟,马列主义的党就一定会变成修正主义的党,变成法西斯党,整个中国就要改变颜色了。
Class struggle, the struggle for production and scientific experiment are the threegreat revolutionary movements for building a mighty socialist country. These movements will be free from bureaucracy and immune against revisionism and dogmatism,and will forever remain invincible. They are a reliable guarantee that the proletariat will be able to unite with the broad working masses and realize a democratic dictatorship. If, in the absence of these movements, the landlords,rich peasants, counter revolutionaries, bad elements and monsters were all allowed to crawl out. While our cadres were to shut their eyes to all this and in many cases, fail even to differentiate between the enemy and ourselves but were to and demoralized by him, if our cadres were thus pulled out or the enemy were able sneak in, and if many of our workers, peasants, and intellectuals were left defenceless against both the soft and the hard tactics of the enemy,then it would not take long, perhaps only several years or a decade, or several decades at most, before a counter revolutionary restoration on a national scale inevitably occurred, the Marxist-Leninist party would undoubtedly become a revisionist party or a fascist party and the whole of China would change its colour.
阶级斗争就是克服组织的官僚化与惰性,与变质了的思想进行斗争;生产斗争就是不断适应并领先外部环境,组织整体的主观与客观不断统一,修正自我,推进外部环境改善;科学实验就是组织创新的另一种表述,一是硬规律的发现与应用,体现为技术革新,二是软技能的提升,集中体现在管理制度和商业模式的创新。如果不在这三方面持续改进,那么这个组织就会在很短时间内被走向覆灭之路。
The class struggle is equivalent to overcoming the bureaucratization and inertia of the organization and fighting against the deteriorating thoughts; the production struggle is similar to constantly adapting and leading the external environment, the subjective and objectiveunity of the organization as a whole, so as to self-correct and improve the external environment; the scientific experiment is another expression of organizational innovation. First, the discovery and application of “hard laws”, which are embodied in technological innovations; Second, the improvement of “soft skills”,which is reflected in the innovation of management systems and business models.If we do not continually make progress in these three areas, then the organization will be on the road to self-destruction in a very short period of time.
