Sophie works on making hats. One day, on her way to visting sister, Sophie meets 2 bad guys. At this dangerous moment, Howl comes here and saves Sophie.
苏菲的工作是制作帽子. 一天，在去看望妹妹的路上，苏菲碰上了两个坏人. 就在这个危险的时刻，哈尔出现并救下了苏菲.

But at that night, a woman called the Witch of the Waste（荒地女巫） comes to Sophie's hat shop. She curses Sophie to turn into a 80-year-old woman, and Sophie isn't allowed to tell anyone about the curse.
Watching the wrinkled face, Sophie decides to leave the small down. She walks and walks, then enters into a castle.
Well, it is the Howl's Moving Castle. During this time, Sophie gets on well with new friends. They are scarecrow Tumip Head（稻草人菜头）, Marukuru（马鲁克）, Calcifer（卡西法）and Howl. Sophie helps them clean the castle.
但就在这天晚上，荒地女巫来到了苏菲的帽子店. 她下咒把苏菲变成一个80岁的老太太，而且苏菲也不能向任何人说起这个诅咒. 看着满脸的皱纹，苏菲决定离开这个小城镇. 她走着走着，就来到了一个城堡里. 没错，这就是哈尔的移动城堡.这段时间里，她认识了一些新朋友. 他们是稻草人菜头，马鲁克，卡西法和哈尔. 苏菲就在这里帮他们打扫城堡.

When Sophie cleans the castle, she moves the shampoos and causes Howl's hair in different colour.
Howl is so angry about the ugly hair and near to a breakdown.
Sophie cries and says "OK, do whatever you like, I have never been pretty anyway."
苏菲打扫城堡的时候，她移动了洗发剂，导致哈尔拿错后头发变成了另一种颜色. 哈尔对这丑陋的头发很生气，近乎崩溃. 苏菲哭着说：好吧，你喜欢做什么就做什么吧，反正我从来就没有漂亮过.

Howl asks Sophie to disguise as his mom and go to the palace.
Here Sophie meets Howl's teacher Sariman and refuses to help her to fight a war and hopes she can give the freedom to Howl.
By the way, the Witch of the Waste is cursed as a old woman by Sariman.
哈尔让苏菲假扮自己的妈妈去皇宫里. 在那里苏菲见到了哈尔的老师莎丽曼，并拒绝协助她参战，希望她能还给哈尔自由. 与此同时，荒地女巫被莎丽曼下咒变成一个老太婆.

From now on, Sophie loses her heart to Howl. Howl is happy to show his own private world to Sophie.
就这样，苏菲喜欢上了哈尔. 哈尔开心地带苏菲参观他自己的小天地.
But Sariman doesn't want to give up. She still enforces Howl to fight a war. To save Howl and stop this war, Sophie relieves the deal between Howl and Calcifer, and returns the heart to Howl, gives freedom to Calcifer, too.
但莎丽曼并不想放弃. 她依然强迫哈尔出战. 为了救哈尔并阻止战争，苏菲解除了哈尔和卡西法之间的契约，将心脏还给了哈尔，也把自由还给了卡西法.
In the end, Sariman stops the war. Howl and Sophie live in happiness, with their friends.
最后，莎丽曼停止了战争. 哈尔和苏菲，还有小伙伴们幸福地生活在一起.
Movie Review
Howl is a bright and handsome boy, but a little craven. He always escapes with the moving castle, escapes the war and wants to be free. But he is lonely inside.
Sophie is the opposite. She is not very beautiful and a little self-contemptuous, but she is warm-hearted and brave. She helps Howl to clean his house, saves his soul.
Slowly, Sophie becomes confident and pretty. That is the movie shows us "Because of loving you, so I can be brave."
