This part is mainly talking about Wang AnShi's reform,but he didnot have a good surroundings.At the same time ,his followings also didnot really charged with the reform,they just made bebifits from the reform for tjemselvies.Although,he failed finally,his aim was good,just made people have a good life.Next,is talking about the different character between Su TongPo and Tseyu,which is determined by their different lives.
