snakeyaml was not found on the classpath 错误

springboot 程序启动报如下错误

Attempted to load applicationConfig: classpath:/application.yml]
but snakeyaml was not found on the classpath

pom 依赖包引用错误
自动配置的包引入出错

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
            <artifactId>spring-boot-autoconfigure</artifactId>
        </dependency>

改为

        <dependency>
            <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
            <artifactId>spring-boot-starter-actuator</artifactId>
        </dependency>
