场景：电话铃响
I got a phone call, wow, so nervous. 有人给我打电话啦，好紧张好紧张呀！怎么办呀，呀，整个心都快跳出来了，有没有有没有！
哈哈哈，不用紧张，我来给你放几招对策
1. 用轻松愉快的声音来应答，因为对方看不到你，只能以你的声音来感受你的情绪。
This is Christy. / Christy is speaking, May I ask who's calling.
2. 用很正式的声音说 This is Christy. Who's this ?
3. 接电话紧张到只会讲 Hello, 这可如何是好，呵呵，放宽心啦，老外一般都很友好的，他们会说” I'm xxx calling from xxx company. Can I speak to Christy, pls ? " (我是来自XX公司的xx, 麻烦找下Christy 接听电话）
这时候你就可以直接说 Speaking.或者说 This is she/he. （我就是）
接电话当然得跟人家寒暄下啦！寒暄方式
1. I'm so glad to hear from you. How are you doing ? (很高兴你给我打电话，你最近怎么样？）
2. How are things going ? 你最近怎么样？
3. How's your days going ?你最近怎么样？
正所谓“礼尚往来”，你寒暄别人，别人当然也会寒暄你 ,他们会回答你的寒暄并且反问你" I am doing great. How about yourself.” （我很好，你呢？）
这时候你就回答他的寒暄反问 I am doing awesome. Thanks for asking.（我非常好，感谢您的问候）
如果是接到陌生人的电话，特别是讨厌的推销电话，你可以说 May I ask what this is regarding ?（有什么事情吗）或者很有礼貌说 I'm not interested. Pls take me off the list, thanks. (我不感兴趣，把我从你通讯录删了吧）
电话信号不好的时候，你可以说 I am sorry, you are breaking up, Can you repeat again ? ( 很抱歉，您那里信号不好，您能否重复一遍呢 ？）
叫对方稍等一下的说法 “ Would you mind hand on a moment . pls?"
对方语速太快 ,叫他说慢点 “ Could you speak a little more slowly, pls ?"
对方说了一个你听不懂的词，你可以礼貌叫他拼一下 ” Would you mind spelling that for me ?"
对方说法声音太小，你可以礼貌叫他说大声一下“ Would you mind speaking up, pls ?"
跟对方说明打电话的目的 ” I'm calling to .../ I'm calling for ...
你想找的人不在，你想叫人转告 “Could I leave a message ?"
如果你找的人很忙，他叫你稍后回拨 I am busy at this moment, would you mind calling back ?" 你就可以问他什么时候可以回拨给他 ” Sure, when is the good time to call ?"
打完电话得说再见啦，该怎么说 ？ 当然得说跟他交谈很愉快 It's great time to talk to you, have a good day.
