to be small or selfish
或者被物质残酷
or distracted by materialpossessions

or cruelty or opinions or,
你必须要真实地做自己

because I think somebody said once,

I don't know who says this.
但我觉得很好
I'm grateful.
重要的不是你做了什么
It's not what you do.
而是你选择不去做什么
It's what you choose not to do.
