its that time of month again

suffering from complete loss of mental energy. 

Things if happen will make me really happy: 

1. lose 10 lbs: keep running 6k each day. 

2. paint a lot: treat painting as meditation. paint a little while everyday after morning run and breakfast. 

3. go surfing to santa cruz or half moon bay: get surfboard on monday and go surfing tuesday morning. 

4. improve spainish 

i think i'm falling out of love. 

find ways to rest well
