This is my first activity in AIESEC and I never forget this experience that happened in the outside, Sir Lanka.
About three hours later, we arrived in Kandy that is a world of plant. Our destination is Department of Agriculture, Gannoruwa, Peradeniya. This place is more like a grant garden than the office department. We visited the Agro park and it was my first time to see tropical fruits and agricultural technology, as compose unit, flower cultivation and plant pathology.
Before I came Sri Lanka, I just think the beach is most famous, but now the natural scenery and system is also amazing and beyond imagination. There is a saying that “someone conquered by the scenery, and someone subjected by the character. Yeah, when I went around the park, I met a planter who is a strange man. My skin allergy due to the strong sunlight and as I sat in the stone, the man passed by and gave me a cucumber. The cucumber is to me in the hot day like
the water is to person in the desert. I love Sri Lanka but also because the kind and accommodating Sri Lankan!
AIESEC in Sri Lanka, and I am in the peaceful and natural place.
