Today, after I got off my work, my daughter also finished her third mock exam of entering middle high school. I asked her if she wanted to eat out tonight, and she was happy.
On the way to the restaurant, she talked nonstop about the mock exam: how she felt, what she did, and her worries until we got the restaurant.
I found this was a good way for her to ease her nervousness and figure out a solution to her problem.
Therefore, as parents, I think we should listen to our children and encourage them talk about as much as their stuff. During the process, they will gradually understand and work out her problem, because when they are talking, they are also thinking at the same time.
