Group A go to railway station to wait for guests A and B.
Group B go to airport to pick up Mr.A and Mr. B.
Group C waiting at the company and prepare materials for the afternoon meeting.
12 am-13 pm invite all the guests to have their lunch at Paris restaurant, the second floor in their hotel.
2:30 pm-4:30 pm
inviting all the guests to visit our factory
5 pm
having dinner at Paris restaurant
April 11th
8 am -11 am business meeting
2 pm-5 pm go sightseeing
