诗篇 91:1-4, 9-10, 14-16 CUNPSS-神
“住在至高者隐密处的， 必住在全能者的荫下。 我要论到耶和华说： 他是我的避难所，是我的山寨， 是我的 神，是我所倚靠的。 他必救你脱离捕鸟人的网罗 和毒害的瘟疫。 他必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你； 你要投靠在他的翅膀底下； 他的诚实是大小的盾牌。
耶和华是我的避难所； 你已将至高者当你的居所， 祸患必不临到你， 灾害也不挨近你的帐棚。
神 说 ：因为他专心爱我，我就要搭救他； 因为他知道我的名，我要把他安置在高处。 他若求告我，我就应允他； 他在急难中，我要与他同在； 我要搭救他，使他尊贵。 我要使他足享长寿， 将我的救恩显明给他。”
反思
住在神里面就能得到平安和祝福！诗人知道藏在主里就好像小鸟藏在母亲的翅膀底下，受到保护和看顾。翅膀的外面都是要抵挡暴风雨和天气的考验。可是，翅膀底下是鸟的翎毛，这是柔滑的羽毛，是用来爱护和安慰的。主就是要我们明白祂给予足够的恩典来帮助我们！
1）主会成为你的避难所！
不要害怕，也不要惊慌。让神成为你的避难所，成为你的山寨。只要你有祂的保护，你什么都不需要惧怕。所以，我们要天天recharged！
2）主会把你安置在高处！
专心爱主的人，神会特别把你放在高处！祂会抵挡骄傲的人，思恩给谦卑的人。学习谦卑的爱主，让祂帮助你面对的困境！
3）主会在急难与你同在！
主要应许我们在急难中，祂会成为我们的帮助。所以，不要放弃也不要灰心，主从来没有放弃你，祂一直同在我们的身边。祂必要安慰受伤的人！
祷告
主啊！谢谢祢再一次的提醒我们要藏在祢里面！我知道你就是我的避难所，祢就是我的山寨！在你里面，我能自由的服侍，也能自由的休息！保守孩子的心，让我享受在祢同在里。奉耶稣的名、阿们

There is no fear when God is near!
Psalms 91:1, 2, 4, 11, 12 NLT
Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the LORD : He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him.
He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.
For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone.
Pronounce it! Verse 4
1) cover you - protect , put his own body over yours. For the young to feel rested.
2) his feathers - an illustration of a bird protection her young. The feathers outside is tough and hard but the feathers underneath is soft and gentle.
3) shelter - able to withstand storms and attacks from predators.
4) faithful promises - His promises are faithful and will come to pass. When God said it, so be it.
5) armor and protection - because of God’s faithfulness, His promises are like our armor and protection. He will watch over us and guide us.
Reflection
There is safety and rest in the secret place of The Lord. Moses used the illustration of the young being nested nicely under the wings of their mother. Under the covering of the mother bird, the young feel safe and secure! Similarly, those who dwells in The Lord will find peace, security and safety! There is no fear when God is near! He will give courage , He will hold you up when you feel weak and helpless. Like a Father protecting His children. God loves us and is constantly watching over us! I remember a picture of me holding Caleb when he tripped and sheltering him when the rain comes. That’s how God cares for us!
Prayer
Lord, thank You for giving me rest, peace and security! Even though there were times when i faced storms, difficult situations and terrifying moments, You have been there guiding , protecting and standing by me! You give me courage when I do not know what to do! You truly care and have never abandon me! Thank You for sending Jesus to be our covering for sins and to shelter us from eternal death. Bless my bros n sis to know that they can rest well under Your wings and that there will be no fear when You are near! In Jesus’ Name, amen.
