No one wants to face their Four-Fs.
What advice do you have for giving presentations?
If you are not comfortable speaking in front of people, then get up and start speaking. Learn from falling on your face. Depending on your level of effort, you will master the art eventually.
What need to consider beofre conducting a project?
- Necessary guideline such as manuals, handbook.
- Figure out key messages of this project (goal in short)
- Tools and skills / strategies (videos, manuals, online survey, PPT, resources from past, any knid of brainstorm, facilitate(point out leader, assign work including timer, blackbord writing etc.)）
How to conduct project (COT etc.)?
- Budget: Be clear of amout of budget(￥500 etc.) , figure out which item will cost(printing, food, traffic, gift etc.) in detail.
- Team: Assign job to people and set deadline for check. Deadline is a milesone.

Exeute: The biggest problem in execution is the arrival of any accident. Backup plan is necessary when making a plan.
Note: Everything such as printing should be prepared in advance (48 hours at least) in case of accidents.
How to define whether a training is successful or not?
- try to involve people as many as possible who can get a sense of achievement through contribution
- try to play a role as a helper(help people find answer via their own effort) instead of solving problems for them
- set plan which aims at making people play happily with high degree of participation (set appropriate rules for rewards and punishments)
Note:
- During the training, we forgot to turn to host or others for help(aks for one more paper to write). --- learn to make use of resource around us
- The goal is to gain scores as much as possible, which means existance of competition. Try to use some stratgies to set obstacles for us(more solutions for us, and more difficulties for others) --- figure out goals and execute with strategies
