练习感悟：
1.看到群里有人提到背诵，于是今天在复述前进行了背诵，只单纯的对内容进行背诵，没有要求语速和语调。前面的材料直接朗读会出现因为不熟悉材料内容而卡壳的情况，背诵加上听写的辅助，对朗读很有帮助。
2.戴着牙套不好发音，不带又漏风，真的是个挑战啊。
3.最近今天睡得超级晚，精神很差劲，一个负循环。
