每次考试，脑子里就开始默念台词。
考试越紧张，台词就默念的越清楚。
完全控制不住我自己！
这就是earworm在作祟啦！
An earworm, sometimes known as a brainworm, sticky music, stuck song syndrome, or Involuntary Musical Imagery (IMI), is a catchy piece of music that continually repeats through a person's mind after it is no longer playing. Phrases used to describe an earworm include "musical imagery repetition", "involuntary musical imagery", "cognitive itch", and "stuck song syndrome".

involuntary 非自愿的；不由自主的，无意识的
A sharp tap on the knee usually causes an involuntary movement of the lower leg.突然轻轻敲一下膝盖，小腿通常会不由自主地动一下。
耳虫是指某段音乐在脑中不断重复的现象，earworm这个词是从德文“Ohrwurm”借译过来的，这个词把爬进在脑中的音乐形象地比喻成一只虫，想起来就有点毛骨悚然呢！
earworm也可以说是brainworm, sticky music, stuck song syndrome, or Involuntary Musical Imagery (IMI)。有学者把“耳虫”引起的这种感觉叫“认知瘙痒”（cognitive itch），并且让人忍不住想去回想。

itch是动词“发痒”，itch to do sth等于 itch for sth，表示急切地想做。形容词是itchy，短语get itchy feet意思是开始渴望旅行（或换个事做）。After three years in the job she began to get itchy feet.这工作干了3年后，她开始想换工作。
据调查，有46.67%的人选择回想、聆听、或者歌唱其他的歌取来舒缓症状，有25.71%的人则用其他的方法转移注意力，如和别人聊天、想一些其他的事情等。另外18.1%的人选择啥也不干或者直接睡觉去。其中研究人员发现以最后一种的效果最好，其他方法反而容易得到反效果。对此主要是因为根据心理学家发现的自我控制的逆效应（theory of ironic mental control），也就是越是努力想把某些东西或想法赶出意识则往往越让自己忍不住去想它。
除了earworm，还有heartworm（心虫）。
只不过“心虫”指的是让你难以忘怀的一些感情。
Heartworm refers to a relationship or friendship that you can't get out of your head, which you thought had faded long ago but is still somehow alive and unfinished, like an abandoned campsite whose smoldering embers still have the power to start a forest fire.
“心虫”指让你难以忘怀的一段爱情或友情，你以为这段情早就过去了，但却时常想起，难以释怀。就像弃置的露营地里残留的火星，仍然有可能引发一场森林大火。
比如：I want to settle down with someone but this heartworm of my ex kept disturbing me.我很想找个人安顿下来，但是跟前任的感情一直挥之不去。
