As a student who often eat in the canteen and convenience-store, who have never stepped into a three-Michelin-star,I dare not to say that I am a foodie worth my Himalayan rock salt. But as a person who grow up in China, I could come up with a list of my favorite Chinese food.
Which Chinese cuisine reigns supreme? My vote goes to the hand-pulled noodle topped with scrambled eggs and tomatoes. Because it combines the three ingridiants that I love: noodles, tomatoes and eggs.
