本章节主要讲述苏轼因其文字获罪，遭受审判以及最后获释。
古代，历来由于言论不当（“文字”狱）而获罪不在少数，最后的结果都是流放亦或者迫害之死。
在经历此事件之后，苏轼的心态应该是发生了很大的变化的了。
乌台诗案，囚禁百日，以为山穷水尽，只求又结来生为了因。重获自由新生，未减旷达，仍存一派豪气。
平生文字为吾累，此去声名不厌低。
塞上纵归他日马，城东不斗少年鸡。
